About XIB Solutions
XIB is a small dynamic company based in Cape Town that focuses on enterprise integration services using the java stack of technologies. XIB was established in June 2007 by Manie Coetzee and Jaco Uys, two seasoned IT professionals with 10 years of java enterprise development experience under the belt. We took on a new partner, Chris Jacobs in Feb 2009 also bringing another 10 years of experience to our business.
XIB have a permanent staff of four. We supplement our skills from a select pool of developers with whom we have an established working relationship and proven track record. We firmly believe that the success of a project strongly depends on committed and skilled people who can accurately convert business requirements into software. As a result, we can deliver high-quality work on time that not only meets, but also exceeds the business needs.

Our Vision
Our vision is to consolidate all our experience to build a skill set and core expertise that can be reused from project to project to dramatically reduce the typical "up skilling" period associated with starting a new project as well as solving problems first time drawing on over three decades of combined industry experience. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are enterprise integration specialists.
